First Practice - Monday, July 26 @ 6:00 pm - 8:15 pm (5:30 for cheerleaders). Please arrive promptly and ready to go in shorts, t-shirt, protective cup, mouth-guard, cleats and helmet. Bring plenty of water or Gatorade. SJW will also have drinks to purchase. Practice will continue Monday through Thursday for all contact teams until the first game on 8/22 and then reduce to Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday from 5:30 - 7:30 pm for the remainder of the season. Flag Football will start the following week on Tuesday, August 2 at 6:00 pm. Practice for Flag will be Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday until the first game on 8/22 and then reduce to Tuesdays and Thursdays for the remainder of the season.  Flag players, please arrive promptly and ready to go in shorts, t-shirts, protective cup, mouth-guard and cleats.

9:30 am - 8th grade, 10:30 am - 7th grade, 11:30 am - 6th grade, 12:30 pm - 5th grade, 1:30 pm - Junior Mites (second year 7, 8 & 9 year olds)
