Hello all,

 

I Just wanted to thank everyone who volunteered their time at the car wash on Saturday. It was a huge success for the league.

Thank you Mrs. Cooney and crew for making it happen. 

 

 

With our first game approaching quickly, it is our practice that we supply the players with some kind of fruit snack at half time.  Usually I purchase oranges, grapes (red & green) or watermelon.  I would like to start collecting donations over the next week. I am requesting that each player donate between $5.- $10, (we have 7 games and a large team) this should be enough to cover the costs.  If your child has any food allergy please feel free to bring whatever they like and I will hand it to him/her during half time. Thank you! 

 

 

As I mentioned before our first game is Sunday, August 29th game times TBD.  Our first home game is Sunday, September 5th.  I will be handing out schedules to the players during this week.

 

Game uniforms will be handed out the week before the first game at the practice field. I will let you know the date and time on that. Socks can be purchased at that time for $3.00 each pair.

 

 

We are going to make noisemakers Tuesday night at practice so bring your bottles, blue and white beads, glitter, etc. to the field. We will have a table set up. I have about 50-60 bottles if people need bottles, what I'm short on is blue and white beads, glitter and ribbon. Please let me know if you would like to bring any supplies. Thanks.

There is also a jewelry party on 8/19 at the field being hosted by Kelli Prestly. Half of the proceeds from all sales will be donated back to the Seekonk Jr. Warriors. Mystery prize and Mystery hostess gift will also be given out. If you would like to attend, It begins at 6:30 at the picnic tables near the bathrooms.
