Don't forget Certification is this Saturday at Braves Hall, 92 East Avenue, Pawtucket, RI at 9:30 am. If your player is not certified, they will not be able to play. Must be at this certification in order to play on Sunday, if they were not already certified this past Saturday. Players must be in game jersey and shorts. No other equipment is required

 

 

Uniforms will also be handed out this week at the practice field by Wed, I hope. Please make sure your child tries on the uniform before the first game. If we need to make adjustments, bring the uniform to practice on Thursday to exchange. Once Certification is done on Saturday, numbers must remain the same. Socks can be purchased through the league for $3.00. Will have socks at uniform hand out. We ask that you purchase socks through the league so that all the kids look uniform or some of you may have from last year. That's fine too.

 

This Friday is the Seekonk Jr. Warriors annual pool party. If you are attending and would like to bring a dessert, please see me at the practice field this week. 5th and 6th grade teams have to bring the desserts. I'll have a sign up sheet. Thanks in advance for your donations. Players are free for the pool party, adults are $6.00 and other siblings are $4.00. PLACE: Seekonk Pool Club, 255 Davis Street, Seekonk, MA 02771; TIME: 5-9 pm.

 

Don't forget to turn in your calendars. Will need by the end of practice on Thursday. Have received a couple so far. You can either hand in to myself or to Nickole Cooney down at the snack table at the practice field.

 

Again, I'm hoping to have the time of the game to you tonight or Tuesday. Will send another email out with time and also will let you know when Coach Jim wants us there to warm up and go over plays. Please try and make all practices this week as Coach will be going over specific plays with the teams. Also, please have players study play books and review the plays. Thanks.
